I spent years trapped in a cycle of overthinking and regret, always feeling like I was one step behind where I should be.
Then, a breakup tore my life apart.
I hit rock bottom after a breakup that left me with zero confidence.
I lost my job, my home, and had no idea how to heal. For a year I struggled, consumed by grief and hopelessness.
Finally, something shifted and I decided to try an experiment of seeing how good I could make myself feel.
For the next 18 months, I learnt everything I could about positive psychology, and the science behind behavioural change. I didn’t just want to ‘get over it’ – I wanted to crack the code for good.
